Zero Tolerance

Nibbl has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, or any content or conduct that harms or exploits children.

Age and Intended Use

Nibbl is a food and drink diary app intended for adults 18 and older. Nibbl is not directed to children, and children under 13 should not use Nibbl or submit personal information.

User Content and Sharing

Nibbl may allow users to share food and drink diary photos, profile details, friend links, and public day links. Shared content must not include child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualized minors, grooming, harassment, or other illegal or unsafe material.

Reporting

Users can report child safety concerns from inside the Nibbl app through Settings or by emailing help@z2hs.au. Reports should include the share link, username, description of the concern, and any relevant date or screenshot.

Review and Enforcement

Nibbl reviews child safety reports as a priority. Content or accounts that violate these standards may be removed, restricted, or disabled. Public share links may be removed where needed to protect users or comply with law.

Legal Compliance

Nibbl complies with applicable child safety laws. When Nibbl becomes aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation, Nibbl may preserve relevant information and report to appropriate regional, national, or international authorities as required by law.
